How’s everyone’s week been going? Being in Mercury retrograde and having many things going on in the sky. The energy can be intense!! I know I’m feeling it. Give yourself extra time; Mercury retrograde brings lots of delays. So also continue to have patience with yourself and know if anything goes differently than how you wanted.. it’s for a reason! Maybe that traffic delay was protection. All about perspective and patience. 💫🧿🩵

Hey everyone! I hope you’re having a wonderful weekend. Lauren and I have had a long week. Mac became very sick and thankfully he’s doing better now that he’s on medication. We have decided to take the week off. We both were mentally not in a great place this week for our own reasons. We are excited to catch up with you all next week. Hello Monday!🌞

Sometimes it’s easy to get in the work schedule of hating Mondays. So maybe ask yourself today, What are you grateful for? This always helps me have a mindset switch. Reminding myself that I am grateful to wake up and breathe. It doesn’t always have to be complicated. Simply grateful for the little things. It’s a process so don’t be too hard on yourself for falling into the negative thoughts, just remember to switch it to a positive or maybe even feel it and let it go.
