Birth Control? Let’s talk about it! If you’ve been here for a while, you know I’ve shared about using in the past and I still love it! It allows me to be in tune with my body since it allows me to prevent pregnancy without any hormones. It works by using my body temperature (I take my temperature in the morning) and the app’s algorithm uses that and other fertility indicators to determine my fertility status for that day. It tells me if it's a Green Day (not fertile) or a Red Day (fertile aka need to use protection or abstain)!

One laid back & completely unbothered, you could go days without talking to Alyssa and she could careless 😂 Just don’t go off schedule or routine, she’s pretty strict on that.

One so nurturing, but very outspoken — and lives for the attention & company of others 🫶🏾
