We are in our last month of Q1 2022 and so we are going to double down on establishing your Instagram account. You can start one at any time, but the thing that gets the growth on your account is when it is aligned with one purpose and you are able to make a promise to your followers as to what they can expect from you. While, yes, we can have a blog account where we post what we had for lunch, as an entrepreneur setting up a marketing account you are aiming for growth and so optimizing your account outreach and conversion is of prime importance.

Hey all, you know how I talk about niching down and focusing on a specific area? We in the reptile community are very good at doing that! But there are exceptional examples and Josh Halter, is one of them. He has taken a laser focus on bioactive and grown it into a business that is big enough to add a 401k for his employees. And, believe me, I know I was talking to the right guy for my interview when I asked about business milestones and he started with the benefits he was able to give the people working for him. The money is always necessary. But we are doing it for the reptiles and the people. Josh hasn’t forgotten that!
