It was presented on MAY 17, 2024 by the Townsendx3 Agency at the CITY WINERY in St. Louis, MO. An accomplishment of a lifetime that was so well deserved and the honor was not just for UVEE HAYES but the honor is for all of us who have had the privilege of getting to know and appreciate this impressive woman. What makes a good performer is what you do on the stage and in your recordings. What makes a GREAT performer is how you carry and present yourself in life, on and off the stage. People love her and come to see and hear her but it is those very people that UVEE HAYES makes feel like they are the most important people in the world. A great example is her thanks given to all the people involved from the NATIONAL BLUES MUSEUM to the staff at the CITY WINERY who made this moment possible. This industry is desperate for remarkable people like UVEE who delivers on and off the stage with beauty, grace, God given talent, hard work, fun, love, compassion and humility and the warmest of smiles.
