After Easter, I had some time to reflect! If you’re apart of my poppin’ stories community and IRL community, then you know I had the stomach flu (bad) iykyk 😵‍💫 it’s been 10 days and I finally have my appetite back!🙌🏾

If not then now you know! I had a lot of time to reflect on just things I need to remember, but also things I need to work on. I also realized in being in GREAT need of support that it’s legit good people out there.

March was a month of awakening and deep introspection. 🔎🥂 I finally embraced the person God made me to be—honest, deeper feeler, assertive, and unapologetically me-everyone isn’t gonna like me, and I used to think that was a bad thing, but if everybody is liking you, you’re not being YOU. 🤷🏾‍♀️😅 I value stability and security in my friendships and my marriage more than ever, and I’m realizing there’s power in setting boundaries. I’ve used my voice more. I’m more emotionally aware, more confident, and more comfortable with the fact that being my authentic self is enough and I’m worth it all. Jesus died for ME-all of who Kela is and who He’s making her to be. Here’s to the journey of embracing new rhythms, revelations and seasons of constantly discovering who I am, one step at a time. 💫
