Backstreet Journal Journalism 2.0 Beliefs are shaped by past experiences and cultural influences from the environment that surrounds us. Beliefs are based on the past. Facts don't.

Facts are recorded by our perception and filtered by our judgement. Opinions are generated by the way our beliefs let us understand, evaluate and classify the facts. Facts are now (or have adequate proximity to now). Opinions are interpretations and possibly future estimations. Beliefs is who we are, facts is what we live and opinions is what we think. Beliefs and opinions may change. Backstreet Journal deals primarily with facts and opinions. Occasionally we may challenge some beliefs too..
