Update on the Los Angeles - From the Ashes Compilation

In addition to COP International, four more labels— Records, Distortion Productions, LLC, Infacted Recordings, and Dependent Records —are now on board, making this an incredible collaboration. The release is shaping up to be truly special, with a massive lineup of 65 tracks so far.

We’re currently looking for a cool DJ, ideally from LA, to curate the playlist. No mixing is required—just someone with a great ear to shape the flow of the compilation. This is a chance for another member of the community to be part of something unique.

If you're interested or know someone who would be a perfect fit, let us know!

We are gonna try and help with our pals at COP International and Metropolis Records!

CALL FOR ACTION: Support the Fire Victims of Los Angeles

As the fires in Los Angeles tore through the city, we watched in horror as one of the most vibrant artist communities on the planet was engulfed in flames. Many of our friends, collaborators, and fellow artists were displaced or forced to evacuate, with some losing everything. Among them is COP International recording Artist Louise Fraser of Muricidae Music, who lost her home.

In the face of such devastation, we at COP International decided to transform our shock and sorrow into a call for action. Inspired by a heartfelt suggestion from Lee Lauer, who asked if we could help in some way, we knew we had to act. This is our response.

In cooperation with Metropolis Records and Distortion Productions, LLC, we are creating a Bandcamp compilation to raise funds for those affected. All net income from this release will be donated directly to the American Red Cross, supporting fire victims and aiding in relief efforts.

We need your help. Not just to spread the word and support the compilation when it launches—but also to find the perfect name for this project. We’re crowd-sourcing ideas for a title that reflects the heart of this effort: hope, resilience, and the power of community.

Share your ideas in the comments or DM us directly. Let’s come together to help rebuild what was lost and stand in solidarity with those who need us most.

An awesome year for Inertia

We've had a great year in 2024.. releasing our new album ESTRANGED ICON on an awesome new label Distortion Productions, LLC , Doing a great UK Tour with our beloved friends Ayria and Black Light Ascension and also playing at Mechanismus festival in Seattle!

Plus long term Inertia member, Alexys B returning to the fold after 10 years!

In 2025, we have the Vinyl edition of ESTRANGED ICON being released in the Spring and we will be touring The UK and parts of the USA too.. (Details to be announced).

Thanks so much to all of you, who have kept us going for 33 years in 2025!

Dark Force Fest 2025 Pre-Party Band Announcement:
Glass Apple Bonzai [Ontario, Canada] Glass Apple Bonzai

Glass Apple Bonzai is a dark new-wave band based out of Niagara Falls, Ontario. In the studio GAB is multi-award winning songwriter and engineer Daniel Belasco, a musician set on bringing post-punk, synthpop, industrial, and goth elements together into a driving and vibrant rock'n'roll experience. On stage GAB is something of a revolving door of top notch musicians such as Eric Gottesman (Everything Goes Cold), Addz Milner (VINDIMØDE), Elijah Hennig (Comaduster, Hypersphere), Steve Dreamszko (Dreamstate 7), Jamie Cronander (Combichrist, Priest)and more!
