No one is doing abortion in the 3rd trimester, legally, unless it's a medical emergency. 1st trimester abortion was always legal in most states until the overturning of Roe v Wade. Let's not legislate morality but instead find ways to help creating a family be affordable again.

Economy under Trump: Trump consistently touts his economic performance as the best in history. However, fact-checkers pointed out that while economic growth under Trump was solid, it averaged 2.67% during his first three years—far lower than the 4% average under President Bill Clinton. Furthermore, the COVID-19 pandemic triggered a significant recession during Trump's term(The Associated Press).

Abortion and legal scholars: Trump claimed that "every legal scholar" supported returning abortion rights to the states. This is false, as many legal scholars argued to uphold Roe v. Wade, with only some criticizing its legal foundations(PolitiFact).

Violent crime under Trump vs. Biden-Harris: Both candidates discussed violent crime trends. While Trump’s term saw a spike in violent crime in 2020 during the pandemic, crime rates have generally trended downward under the Biden administration, nearing pre-pandemic levels by 2022(The Associated Press).

Shout out to Quincy Hall! His win at the Olympics for the Men's 400m was by far our favorite performance of the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris. His win for the Gold was one with pure heart and determination. His race was electrifying to watch but also, if not more, inspiring.

This is unfortunate. This case can now be set as a precedent in future proceedings. Keep in mind that Affirmative Action is not just about "helping black folks", it helps level they playing field for anyone who is possibly marginalized. This includes many poor whites, immigrants, veterans, and others that can be included in the vastness of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Let's see what happens when the impact starts to broaden past the blacks.
