LET YOUR STYLE & BEAUTY BE YOUR VOICE

Dream Bella has definitely had it’s ups and downs. From initially being a partnership with one other person as a type of “Glam Squad”; to directing it’s attention to just the makeup artistry; to even being abandoned while I tried to start new ventures. Regardless of what I put her through, somehow she always came back to me, ready for the next loss move or wrong direction I was making.

However, despite it all, I managed to keep a core belief within her and that’s self expression and letting it be seen and heard. I’ve always wanted to be able to build within black women, myself included, that we are beautiful and we have something to say! And though, it took me awhile to see what she’s really supposed to be for our community, I understand now. I’ve been following her steps every since.

Dream Bella is definitely more than a blog, a media outlet, and another influence but she’s my baby, that is blossoming into a place where we can blossom too. Spiritually, mentally, and beautifully for that matter. So let your style and beauty be your voice to speak on triumphs, obstacles, and joy of being not only a woman but a black woman.
