Through Ezekiel’s prophetic ministry, we witness God’s heartbreak and grief. We discover he is not an angry God, but rather a God who deeply loves his people and goes through great effort to get their attention.

God goes to great lengths to get the attention of his people. Studying Ezekiel's verbal and dramatic visual messages reminds us of the consequences of sin and rebellion, helps us understand why it must be this way, and shows us God's broken, but persistent heart.

When we read Habakkuk's warnings, it's easy to recognize the sins in our lives and our world today. But rather than ignore these difficult to read passages, we should turn to them first when we need hope for the state of the world today.

Habakkuk’s list of “Woe to…” sins is easily recognized in our own world. Yet the prophet is not without hope. Join our Groundwork discussion on Habakkuk 2:20 to discover the good news in Habakkuk’s condemning list of sins.

Most genuine believers want to know God's will, honor God with their lives and follow his plan. The myriad of well-meaning voices we hear each can make recognizing God's chosen speakers difficult. Thankfully, God has already given us the tools to identify his true prophets.
