Ladies and gentlemen, the 2022 edition of the International Online WebFest (IOWF) was an exceptional showcase of creativity and technical skill, making it a difficult task for our jury to make decisions about the winners. The level of quality displayed in this year's submissions was truly remarkable, and it is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the talented creators who participated.

As a result of the exceptional entries received, we have made the decision to award not one but two honorable mentions in this year's festival. It has been four years since the last time we awarded honorable mentions, which took place in London in 2018, where Mark Singer and Jamie Terry were recognized as the best-emerging directors for their outstanding short film "The Elephant in the Room".

However, we felt that this year's submissions were of such a high caliber that we needed to recognize the exceptional work of two outstanding serial Productions that were nominated for "Best Documentary" and "Best Web Series".
