Some of you know that I run multiple groups online

In September, we will start our 4 week gut health program again.
We did this program back in April and want to do another round.
Last time, we didn't think we needed it, but we wanted to give a try, and anyways everyone's gut deserves some love 💕😍🌱and more healing.
We are up a few pounds after the summer season and few indulgments, and we just need to slim down a bit before the holiday season starts.
Last time before we did this program, I had a sweet tooth and was craving some sweets.
Also, we were bloated too much and just needed to try this plan.
Coffee... There is nothing wrong with a cup a day, but I was reaching out to x3 a day.
When we started this Gut health nutrition program, we went all in.

A few days were challenging a bit as we removed a few foods from our Diets.
And....3 weeks later🌱⬇️

I lost 10 pounds
Energy was amazing
Slept well
Bloat was gone
Cravings were under control
I loved the program
Reduced my coffee to x1/ day and enjoyed my Matcha Latte 😋 instead.
Felt slimmer
Felt happier
Felt amazing 💕
Every time a new program launches, I am trying it because those programs are not hard to follow and created to use as a healthier lifestyle, not a strict weird diet.

Pesto Zucchini Noodles with Chicken

2 Servings

1 tsp. olive oil
½ medium red onion chopped
2 cloves garlic finely chopped
1 cup sliced mushrooms
4 fresh basil leaves finely chopped
2 medium zucchini
1 Tbsp. basil pesto sauce
6 oz. cooked chicken breast boneless, skinless, sliced, warm

Heat oil in medium saucepan over medium-high heat.

Add onion; cook, stirring frequently, for 3 to 5 minutes, or until onion is translucent.

Add garlic; cook, stirring frequently, for 1 minute.

Add mushrooms and basil; cook, stirring frequently, for 3 to 5 minutes, or until mushrooms release liquid. Set aside.

Using a vegetable peeler, cut each zucchini into lengthwise strips about ⅛ inch thick. Turn zucchini slightly after cutting each strip to work evenly around the outside, stopping when you hit the seeds at the core. Discard cores. Cut slices lengthwise into ½- inch ribbons. Set aside.

Add zucchini to onion mixture; cook over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, for 2 to 4 minutes, or until heated through.

Add pesto; mix well.

Evenly divide zucchini mixture between two serving plates; evenly top with chicken
Enjoy.

Hey , it's National Bacon Lover's Day 😀🥓

Egg Sandwich with Canadian Bacon

1 serving

1 large egg
1 large egg white (2 Tbsp.)
Nonstick cooking spray
3 cups fresh spinach
1 slice low-sodium sprouted whole-grain bread, toasted
½ oz lower-sodium Canadian bacon, warm
1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

1. Combine egg and egg white in a small bowl; whisk to blend. Set aside.
2. Heat medium nonstick skillet, lightly coated with spray, over medium heat.
3. Add spinach; cook, stirring frequently, for 2 to 3 minutes, or until wilted. Remove from skillet. Set aside.
4. Add eggs to skillet; cook over medium-low heat, stirring frequently.
5. Top toast with Canadian bacon, spinach, eggs, and cheese.
Enjoy.

I realized today it's my 9 year anniversary of when I decided to start this mentoring job and created my Awesome Sweat Squad team community 💕

It was 9 years ago that I decided to try this amazing opportunity.
I had finished a fitness and nutrition program, lost pounds and inches. It was a moment that I said... I think that I want to help others to feel the same ...

I really changed for the better :
I am happier ,
more confident,
I met so many great friends online,
created our Sweat Squad Team community.
I am feeling good, and I wanted others to feel the same, too !

I tried to save on my superfoods because mentors got a great discount .

That day changed my life forever...

I remember sitting in the office and telling my husband that I was ready to take a leap and do that coaching thing .
He supported me 100% ( thank you, honey )

I hear all the time from people that they are afraid of what other people will think .
Are you kidding ?
This is a business. This is MY JOB , and I am helping others .
People always will talk , that's the normal thing ... I don't think it's a bad thing to help yourself and others .
I am proudly in love with my coaching- mentoring title 🏆

I work a lot , but I work in little pockets of my time , between Wife's , Mom's duties . An extra income for being better , doing something healthier for me and my family , for my amazing clients , for my team ?

Maybe for your Meal Preparation Sunday ???
Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf

8 servings

4 slices low-sodium sprouted whole-grain bread, torn into large pieces
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
1½ lbs. raw 93% lean ground turkey
8 slices turkey bacon, cooked, chopped, divided use
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup dill pickle relish
1 large egg
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
¼ cup all-natural ketchup

Preheat oven to 350° F.
Place bread in a food processor; pulse for 10 to 20 seconds, or until bread turns into coarse bread crumbs.
Combine bread and almond milk in a large bowl. Set aside for 5 minutes.
Add turkey, ¾ of turkey bacon, cheese, pickle relish, egg, garlic, and onion to bread mixture; mix well with clean hands (or a rubber spatula).
Place turkey mixture in loaf pan. Spread ketchup evenly over meatloaf. Sprinkle evenly with the remaining turkey bacon.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160º F, and meatloaf is cooked through.
Enjoy.

I paired with this delicious toast and guacamole and tomato 🍅 from my garden.
Sprinkled everything but bagel seasoning on top.

Today, I completed another home workout
program 💪
Feeling great, full of energy, stronger and healthier than I've ever been.
The picture on the left is when I did my very 1st home workout...it wasn't easy, it's not even easy now. But challenges make us stronger 💪
I am 57 and modify our workouts and no shame at all to modify. I show up, and that's what matters.

Practicing Health Esteem leads to better choices...

Only You decide what sort of day it’s going to be the moment your alarm goes off.
Do you agree?

I suggest you do the hardest thing first when you wake up:
maybe it's a workout or meditation 🧘‍♀️ session, maybe reading a few pages of personal development book.

Did you know breakfast is the most-skipped meal of the day, especially for busy parents?
Make time for your breakfast.
Make time for YOU.

How about planning your lunch the day before ?
This will help you with your healthier choices when you are hungry and ready to eat.

Let's talk about that afternoon sweet tooth. Does anyone have one ?? 😆 👋
My advice - replace one of your treats with some healthier treat.
There are so many great dessert recipes posted on my blog and my private groups 😊

The most essential thing you can do to boost your health esteem is to give yourself grace💕
Keep in mind that no one is perfect 👌but we are trying to be better and learning as we go.
It's always another day, and you deserve to go into it, remembering and knowing that you are great.

Zucchini Bread fan ?

Serves 10 hungry 😋

¾ cup chopped raw walnuts (optional)
⅓ cup melted coconut oil
½ cup maple syrup
2 eggs
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
½ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 ½ cups grated zucchini
1 3 /4 cups Whole wheat flour

Preheat oven to 325°F.
Line a small baking sheet with wax paper and then grease a
9” x 5” bread loaf pan.

Preheat oven.
Pour chopped nuts onto your prepared baking sheet.
Bake about 5 minutes, stirring halfway.

In a large bowl, combine the coconut oil and syrup.
Beat them with a whisk until they are combined.
Add the eggs and beat well.
Add the milk, baking soda, cinnamon, vanilla, salt, and nutmeg, and whisk to blend.
Stir in the zucchini, then add the flour and stir until combined.
Some
Add those toasted nuts.

Pour the batter into your greased loaf pan and sprinkle lightly with additional cinnamon if you like.

Bake for 55 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool. Cool for about 20 minutes before slicing it with a sharp, serrated knife.
This bread will be moist , it can stay up to 1 week in your fridge.Or slice the bread and freeze for later use.
