Our Vision:

The RTL FOUNDATION is a place of innovation, motivation and stimulation; it is where every young person with this magnificent talent is looked out for, especially youth under 18 years who are willing to be nurtured and exposed to the musical world. We stand to provide opportunities for guidance, training, grooming and exposure. There will be more and more opportunities created in and

outside of Liberia for these young people to get good guidance, grooming and exposure of their talents, such as training centers/schools, amateur performance centers, and recording facilities for up-and-coming musicians. Our Mission

To help connect underserved youth with opportunities that will expose and promotes positive peer pressure and re-brands as the cradle of entertainment and change agents. Aims and Objectives:
The objectives of RTL FOUNDATION is as follow:
 To create an avenue for up-coming and hidden talents while also igniting their strength.
 To help connect undeserved youth with opportunities, promote positive peer pressure among youth and engage communities.
 To reform and motivate the youths of Liberia in order to bring out the latent talents in them
 To foster unity, peace and brotherhood via the social medium this event will provide
 To recognize and embrace our brand while also attracting investors to RTL FOUNDATION for the improvement of our artist.
 Provide exposure and publicity for all managed young artistes.
 To provide a stage for all young musical artists in and around Liberia to perform competitively.
 Provide good musical standard for all youth and up-coming artist.
 To protect artist and their music. BENEFITS TO PARTICIPANT AND AUDIENCE

RoT-LiF stands to create an environment of opportunities for guidance, training, grooming and exposure.
