If you have a power outage or downed power lines, that needs to be reported to your utility company. Steuben County REMC customers who need to report an outage, please call 260-665-3563. NIPSCO customers who need to report an outage, please call their customer care team at 1-800-464-7726. Please Do NOT report outages through your providers social media.

Trees that are down on county roads should be reported to the Steuben County Highway Department at 260-668-1000, ext. 3600.

Please be patient as many teams of people are working to get everything back to normal, as well as respond to needed emergency situations.
