Victim Blaming is a Global Problem. A very serious matter that needs to be addressed.

According to the Philippine National Police (PNP) statistics, there are 2,962 reported r**e cases nationwide from January to May 2018 alone.

According to Torre, experts estimated that, out of the cases of r**e and sexual assaults that actually took place, only about 6% are reported, "not all of which even go on to be tried in court".
