The aim of this page is to share News, Media and Editorials that focus on socioeconomic issues and the positive and negative events surrounding them. While we recognize the importance of the role that politics plays in governing socioeconomic issues, we feel that the contemporary news media gives too much focus to political news whereby pushing pertinent social and economic issues out of the limel
ight. Since politics already captures too much of public's mind share, this page aims to do the opposite and take limelight away from political news. A limelight that is needed to disseminate the knowledge of core social and economic issues to the public and keep the issues fresh in our minds to empower action from Citizens as a Collective, aka the Citizenry.
