Try this workout 2- 3 times a week
Pushups 35 x 4 sets
Crunches 30 x 3 sets
Russian Twist 45sec x 3 sets
Flutter kicks 45sec x 3 sets
If you can not do this build yourself up to it.
Message me for different workout suggestions or anything at all.

If you try and cut out added sugar in your diet and only consume natural sugars you will see change.

Small changes leads to big goals.

Fasting is a great way to lose weight with proper protein and resistance training you can burn fat and gain or retain your muscle mass.
