Happy Monday, friends.
After a truly restful weekend, I’m stepping into this new week with a quieter heart and a clearer mind. Lately, I’ve been moving through a deep inner transformation — releasing old patterns, softening into trust, and letting go of anything that no longer feels aligned with who I’m becoming and Healing inner wounds.

As December will soon arrive, it feels like a natural time to shed the layers that have grown heavy over the year. I’m allowing myself to release what’s run its course, to make space for something more authentic, more intentional, more me.

With Yule will be shortly approaching, I’m embracing this season as one of illumination — a time where the darkest days invite the brightest clarity. I’m welcoming new beginnings, fresh energy, and the quiet magic that always comes when we choose to let go and begin again.

✨ I’m Back From a Magical Weekend in the Cotswolds ✨

I’ve been a little quiet over the last few days, and that’s because I’ve been completely immersed in a beautiful spiritual retreat in the Cotswolds with friends and my amazing tutor and spiritual guide, Paul Robert Cissell

This weekend was truly something special. I had the privilege of witnessing some incredible mediums in action — including , and I also experienced my very first live trance mediumship demonstration with the phenomenal and which was absolutely unforgettable.

I even managed to squeeze in some wonderful Tarot wisdom from which has left me eager to bring new insights into my own readings.

A huge thank you to our fantastic hosts, & of , for creating such a warm, welcoming, and transformative space for us all. 🌿✨

It’s been a truly fabulous weekend, filled with learning, laughter, spirit, and deep reflection. I definitely hope to attend the next one.

🌑 Grounding After the Full Moon 🌿✨

The energy from last night’s full moon was powerful — illuminating truths, stirring emotions, and releasing what no longer serves us. As the moon begins to wane, now is the time to ground, recenter, and call your energy back home.

Take a moment today to breathe deeply, feel your feet on the earth, and connect to the calm within you. The full moon can heighten our senses and emotions — grounding helps us integrate the lessons and magic we’ve received.

🌕 Simple Grounding Ritual:

1. Step outside and stand barefoot on the ground (grass, soil, sand — whatever you can).

2. Close your eyes and imagine roots growing from your feet deep into the earth.

3. With each exhale, release any leftover tension or lunar intensity.

4. With each inhale, draw up strength, peace, and stability from the earth below.

5. Finish by thanking the moon and the earth for their balance — light and grounding working in harmony.

You may also feel called to use grounding crystals like smoky quartz, hematite, or black tourmaline, or sip a calming herbal tea like chamomile or nettle.
