ONE-TO-ONE PILATES CLASSES IN LANGTON GREEN:
Studio 18 is a home studio offering 1:1 classes in Classical Pilates, including Mat, Reformer, Tower, Spine Corrector and Wunda Chair. They use the beautifully hand crafted Legacy Pilates Apparatus in a warm, friendly and safe environment.
