A little late-night after-work update.
From the bottom of my being, I wanna say thank you to all the friends and families who have been helping sustain everything I'm doing.
This final stretch of Grad school is taking every bit of life I have left in me. To meet these kids and families in the darkest times of their lives, with the cutting of their wrists and legs, and suicidal thoughts, and gender dysphoria, and parents overdosing, and their own drug use... It takes a lot to be present and meet them as Christ does. To offer another path to them, even if I cannot ethically mention Christ to them at all.
If it weren't for the Youngers, the Sturdys, the Eskridge fam, the Caldwells, the Hankes, the Stumler/Gobles, the Bushs, the Osbornes, the Galbreaths, Hunter Gallagher, Hunter Shannonhouse, Jacob Hayse, Cole Smith, Alex Gillespie, the Bowles/Dennis fam, and the countless other friends and families who support me in these low moments, I would without a doubt lose sight of everything good in my life.
You all point me to and remind me of Christ. Thank you for believing in the trajectory of everything I am trying to build. I am sorry if I ever let any of you down in any way. At the end of the day, I care more for you all than anything I am trying to build.

Chris’ First Interview
