Find your personal way to caress your soul and heart 💕 Be good to you 🌞 One hour before I took this video I got upset over a conversation. It wasn't exactly what was said but more how the other person reacted, their body language towards me. Maybe they were having a bad day or were just tired. But it still got to me. Especially because this person was supposed to help me...I got this knot in my stomach and my body tensed up and I just wasn't feeling well. In addition I got angry with myself because I didn't want it to irritate me but it still did... This is definitely not the first time I've felt this way about a situation/person/myself. So I'm starting to try out things which make me feel better when I'm feeling on edge. One of them is going outside and take a walk. But on this day I felt like doing my make up, which I haven't done in a while. Before getting my make up bag I got self-conscious, again. " It's 3pm..." - "I don't need to go anywhere..." - "what's the point in doing that?" -" I'm just wasting make up..." You get it. But despite all the doubts and unhelpful thoughts I finally managed to break down the mental barriers I put up myself.
