Ingredients:
100 gms Paneer
Oil (as required)
1 Onions
2 Tomatoes
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala
1/2 tsp Chili powder
1 tsp Kasturi Methi powder
2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
1/2 Cup Milk
2 tbsp Butter
Salt (as required)
Method of Preparation:
Step 1:
Mix 1 tbsp of coriander powder, with 1/2 tbsp of garam masala, 1/2 tbsp of chili powder, 1 tbsp of kasthuri methi, 1 tbsp of tomato ketchup, 2 tbsps of tomato paste and required an amount of milk in a bowl and add some food color.
Step 2:
Light the stove. Add butter. Let it melt. Now add ginger garlic paste.
Step 3:
Add onion and saute till it becomes golden brown and glossy.
Step 4:
Now add the mixture and close the pan and cook ahead.Cook for 10 minutes and salt.
Step 5:
Now add milk little by little.
Step 6:
Finally, Add the paneer and let it cook for 5 minutes. Your tasty paneer butter masala ready to be served.
Tips:
You can add cream instead of milk at the end of the dish.
