We come from a humid place, where the mosquitoes look like birds and the summer sun is oppressive and unwelcome. We are well acquainted with fear, abject terror, and large things that snap branches in the night, shattering any illusions you may have had about the safety of the forest, and the quiet of nature. We own guns, and we drink hard liquor, often with reckless abandon. We speak the truth, a

nd we judge men by the quality of their handshake. We love our moms and our dogs, we open doors for women, and we say "please", and "thank you". With a combined 30 plus years of film and music production experience, Cthulhu Blues, unlike its namesake, is now fully awake, and no longer dreaming. We be done with the ways of the coasts, and are taking things back to the Delta, where pain and poverty inspired some of the most influential artists of our time. The Devil was born here, some say, and when the locals tell you, "don't go down that there road," you best heed their call. Keep a wary eye Southward, this is only the beginning.
