Keep those beers coming! 🔒
We are virtually flying ✈️ across Europe to Berlin to the coffee ☕️ and beer 🍺 maestros
Mastery in both nitro can coffee and craft beers is no mean feat and they have smashed it on both fronts!👊
Today we’re cracking into Reinickendorf, their Kellerbier, which directly translates as ‘Cellar Beer’.
It's the perfect marriage 💒 of German malt, hops and yeast with flavours and aromas of bready malt and spicy lemony hops. 🍋

BOOM 💥 another working (sort of) week done. ✅ Another to try and we're trying to support local with our South London friends
They're helping us through this crazy time with virtual pub quizzes, choose your own adventures on Insta stories, live concerts 🎵 and even free colouring books 🎨 with some of their beers. 🍺
They have an amazing community spirit and of course they make some delightful beers. 😋
We’re going mad for the sours with their Key West, named after Key Lime Pie a famous dessert down in the sunny 😎 Florida Keys.
Creamy, sweet and god damn does it have a citrussy kick from those limes. Tasty stuff! 😋

It's Tuesday, we think?! 🤪 Not sure, losing track of the days! 📆 But for our treat we're cracking open our 🍺
Now, this isn't what we would normally pick out but crazy times call for crazy measures, so we are cracking open a Citrus Sour from the maestros down at Peckham’s
We love popping down to their taproom before we head to our fave restaurant and this 👆beer really gets you warmed up.
Fresh grapefruit, orange 🍊 and lemon 🍋 really adds a zesty tang to the sourness. Really one to try!

As most of us are under lockdown, we're using this time to expand our horizons, especially in the beer world. 🍺
So instead of over the next little while, we're starting our new series - 🌟 🌟
To kick this off, the team at have been cracking out the tasty beers in delightful packaging for a few years now and this👆punchy number is one of their best. ✅
This unfiltered IPA is a beast 🦁 at 6.5% and has a fruity 🍇 , yet fiery 🌶 taste on the palate and is bloody perfect with a spicy curry 🍛 (which is where I drank it last with ).

| It’s thirsty Thursday tipplers and we have an absolute treat for you today. 🤩
Our friends have sent us some of their delicious, unfiltered malted barley vodka to try. And what a drop it is! 😋
The secret to the incredibly smooth and creamy taste of this small batch vodka is pretty clear from its name!
The Puffing Billy is a rare Carterhead still which is used to smooth the vodka, steaming it through charcoal rather than being filtered as a liquid which would inevitably destroy some of the flavours from the barley. 🌾
There’s no doubt that when this is extra cold it is a tasty, sippable vodka ❄️ , but today we have decided to pair it with lime, ginger beer and apple juice 🍏 to create a delicious Borders Mule.
The sharpness from the citrus, the sweetness from the apple and fieriness from the ginger beer balances perfectly with the star of the show ⭐️- our DELICIOUS! 😋

Happy St Patrick’s Day weekend everyone! ☘️ We are celebrating both on the weekend before and after the 17th, because it's the best week of the year! Can you tell we are excited? 😁 🎉
As a special treat we are bringing back one of our classics - the tasty, delicious and warming Irish coffee.
How can you not love this? 💓 So unbelievably satisfying and when it's been created by the sexy beast , can it get any better? 😉 Slainte!

Oh it’s time for another one from our friends ,this time with their ‘Social Elixir’.
Like the others in their range they get their bite from their natural plant based ingredients 🌱 with this being deeper and richer than the ‘Livener’ that we tried earlier in the month.
We thought this would go perfectly in a faux Dark and Stormy and boy were we right! 😋 It matches perfectly with the lime and the fiery ginger to make one tasty beverage.
What do you guys reckon?

The Wimbledon based brewers have been smashing out the top quality beers for almost 10 years now and ‘Chateau Rouge’ is no exception.

This clocks in at a punchy 8% and isn’t your typical Saison, with the flavour really being rounded out by the ageing in Burgundy Barrels. You’re not going to forget this one! Have you guys had a Saison before?

It's Pancake Day, so how about you wrap your lips around this delicious Pancake Sour!
Yes, I get what you're saying - there isn't pancake in there (too many bits) and there isn't a pancake garnish (looked too weird) BUT it tastes a bit like a pancake AND it would be the perfect accompaniment to some delicious pancakes!

Amazingly, it’s National Margarita Day! Who would’ve thought it?!
Well, as it’s still so bloody cold in the UK, we’ve had to take our margarita up a notch to get rid of the chill. 🥶
Here’s our Pineapple Jalapeño number. 🌶 🍍 😋

We have something special planned for the future Mrs tippl, but to get us warmed up we’re going to have a bit of Hanky Panky. 😉
