The Ecology Center’s Family Campfire season begins this weekend! Enjoy a fun night around the Lighthouse Beach fire circle with an evening of stories, s’mores, and themed nature activities. To register for these programs, please call the Ecology Center at 847-448-8256 or register online.

Looking for a great summer camp in Evanston? Look no further, Apachi Day Camp () is an amazing camp!

Apachi Evanston Day Camp creates a safe space where every camper can thrive. Campers can enjoy sports, performing arts, cooking, arts & crafts, theme days, Shabbat celebrations and more.

Centrally located between Skokie and Evanston, camp features an open green field with shaded areas, and the indoor, air-conditioned space includes a large gym and stage. There are multiple specialty camps including Sports Camp where 2nd-7th grade campers work on skills, drills and mini-games to enhance sports performance.

At Performing Arts Camp, campers develop their acting, dance, musical theatre, improvisation, stage makeup and backstage skills under the guidance of professionals actors and artists. All specialty camps include traditional camp fun combined with their focused specialty.

Wildcat Sports Camp has been a Chicagoland tradition for over 80 years! As one of the best multi-sport day camps on the North Shore, we offer campers the fun and exciting experience of learning and growing through physical activity and sports.

Each camp day introduces campers to various sports, games, and activities while emphasizing teamwork, friendship building, and sportsmanship. Wildcat Sports Camp is administered through the Northwestern University Department of Athletics and Recreation and operates out of the Henry Crown Sports Pavilion on the Evanston Campus.
