Want a self confidence booster? Spend more time on yourself. Sit in the silence, listen and feel your own energy. Go for a walk in nature, blast the radio and sing along, dance in the kitchen, take a hot bath, meditate, have a candle lit dinner for 1. Notice what is bringing you joy, what lights up your heart and makes you feel good when you spend time alone. If it feels uncomfortable at first, make sure you breathe through it, show yourself some compassion, give yourself a hug and remember the universe has your back and so do you.
