Falkirk Tryst Piping Recital Solo bagpipe recital for talented young pipers. Further competitions ran in 1782, 1783, 1981, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015.

The world’s oldest bagpipe competition, organised by the Highland Society of London, first took place at the Falkirk Tryst in 1781. The Gordon Duncan Memorial Trust select talented young pipers for this annual Recital.
