While some of our readers may be aware of the severe medical difficulties facing our much-admired friend, Vic Elford, others may not. The prostate cancer that Vic has lived with for some time has returned, now more aggressively, and recently Vic also suffered a broken leg. The medical bills are mounting and Vic and his wife also need to install mobility friendly features in their home. Due to the difficulties associated with Vic’s condition, the 85-year old is no longer able to travel to events where he would regularly appear as a featured guest, thereby denying him this much-needed income.
