Packed with umami flavour from the niboshi stock, I really enjoy their signature Niboshi Cappuccino Ramen that's served with Pork Shank Chashu. It is a unique ramen dish that gets its name from the frothy, creamy layer on top of the rich savoury anchovies broth, resembling a cappuccino.

It has 3 levels of flavours to choose from. The overall presentation of Niboshi Cappuccino Ramen is visually appealing, with its contrasting colors and textures. Love it!!

The restaurant also serves varieties of Japanese side dishes and rice sets for customers to choose from.

Priced reasonably with good quality and tasty flavours, I will definitely visit Menya Sankodo again for their varieties of niboshi ramen.
