I just proved there is zero reason not to pass an ACFT. Some of you know why. I'm actually upset with my SPT and PLK...
Deadlift - 340 x 3 (100 Pts)
SPT -9.8M ( 85pts)
HRP - 50reps (94pts)
SDC - 1:37 (98pts)
PLK - 2:30 (83pts)
2MR - 14:38 (97pts)
