Throwback to when I hiked Mount Shasta. We started with 12 people not including the guides. Only 4 of us made it to the top. I of course I had to sign the book GoldenAfro.

Don't be Weak Wednesday! Always take the stairs! My Nana and Papa ingrained this into my brain as a child... Did not matter how many flights we had to go up they always chose the stairs.

Feeling sore and think that's a valid reason to skip the gym? Wrong. You're just being weak and looking for any excuse to be lazy. Soreness is not an injury, it's a sign you actually did something. There's always another muscle group to train. Real talk though.. if you are sore it is because you 1. have not done a workout in a while 2. you are training to hard or are inconsistent with your workouts. A gradual workout plan at your fitness level should not leave you so sore you can't workout.
