Chapter 12 in our story welcomes the first returning artist to the label, none other than the Romanian groove meister, Guy From Downstairs ( ).

After a huge remix on our 2nd release, we figured it was time to have him back for a full original package, and it did not disappoint. The funk is alive and well within these grooves, and ready to rock any room no matter which track the needle lands on.

We strive to always keep things fresh with this label. We never get stuck on who’s the biggest name, or what’s the next sound. We keep our ear to the ground and listen for what moves us.

When we discovered a couple of Kuyateh’s EP’s, we knew this was something original and true to itself. Something so groovy, yet laid back. Something so dirty, yet so clean. It just flows within its own path. We spent a full year tailoring this EP down to what we think is pure magic, and we are very happy to support this originality 🪄

One thing we noticed about working with , is that he literally has the golden touch. Not only are his solo tracks amazing, but his features with other artists are easily at the same level!

When we were curating this release, we were surprised that the final result ended up having 3 of the 4 tracks as features without disrupting the flow of the EP as a package. These features include , , and , all of which are amazing solo producers as well!

All in all, we are very happy to include this entire crew into our family. We hope you love this package as much as we do. Welcome to chapter 9 in our story 💜

Working with for our 8th release was a true pleasure. He is definitely one of the nicest and most talented artists, and we spent a lot of time curating this EP to its core!

It all began with finding 2 originals that would create the perfect start. After we settled on our 2 favorites, we had plenty of ideas for remixers, but we were very happy to have the ones we felt would completely make this package what it should be!

& completely nailed their remixes with their signature styles, and really stayed true to the originals as well. They both truly are kings of their craft, and it helped to completely give this EP a smooth flow beginning to end.

To really give this EP its final touch, Alex mastered this entire release. We couldn’t be more pleased with how all this hard work turned out 💜
