Mixing Live recorded drums in my opinion is the most tedious mixing process, from Gain Staging, to phase correlation, to Resampling e.t.c. Also glueing the mix without loosing the punch and ensuring it cut through the mix Moreover you get better listening to references and using the right tools to shake and colour your sound. Plugins i used includes Ssl Drum Bus processor, soothe resonance detector, spiff transient shaper, valhalla plate reverb.
