তাই আপনাদের বাবা উইলের ড্রাফট করে স্পষ্ট মেনশন করলেন যে বাবা জীবিত অবস্থাতে তার বোরো ছেলে বিক্রি করতে পারবে না আর টাকাপয়সা সম্পর্কে শান্তনু কিছুই বলেন নি আপনাদের বাবা তার ইচ্ছেমতো তা লিখেছিলেন কিন্তু আপনার তা পছন্দ হয় নি আপনি আপনার দাদাকে বললেন ড্রাফট দেখানো হবে ফ্লাট বিক্রি করা যাবে না

কিন্তু ড্রাফট তো দেখালেন না আপনি তা সত্বেও তিনি ভবানী ভবনে গিয়েছিলেন এই কারণে যে যাক একটা ফ্লাট তার নাম হবে কিন্তু যা আপনার 2021 সালে যে বছর ড্রাফট হয়েছিল সেই বছরেই দেওয়ার কথা না দিয়ে তাকে মিথ্যে কথা যেমন বাবা রং করবে বলে interior decorator ke দিয়ে ফ্লাট ফার্নিশ করার চেষ্টা করলেন আর একবার আপনার ওয়াইফ ব্যাংকার কারেন্ট একাউন্ট করা হবে বলে ব্যাঙ্ক এর লোক দিয়ে ফ্ল্যাটের নাম লোন পাওয়ার চেষ্টা করেছিলেন ব্যাঙ্কের লোকেরাই পরে বলেছিলো

আর একবার আপনার ওয়াইফ ব্যাংকার কারেন্ট একাউন্ট করা হবে বলে ব্যাঙ্ক এর লোক দিয়ে ফ্ল্যাটের নাম লোন পাওয়ার চেষ্টা করেছিলেন ব্যাঙ্কের লোকেরাই পরে বলেছিলো যদি তখন গিফট এর কপি তাকে দিয়েদিতেন তাহলে কোনো কথা ছিল না তা না করে কিছু না বলার ফলে তাকে সব মেইনটেনেন্স থেকে শুরু করে কথা নতুন পামপ কেনার টাকা আউটসাইড এ pipe layouter টাকা এপার্টমেন্ট এর বাইরে পাচওয়ার্ক করার টাকা এমনকি এই ফ্ল্যাটের 2017 থেকে 2024 পর্যন্ত পেনাল্টির টাকা অথচ আপনার দাদার বক্তব্য হলো যখন এই ফ্লাট তারা ক্ল্যাম করছে tokhon কিছু takato আপনাদের দেওয়া উচিত

যখন আপনি উচ্চ বাচ্য করছেন না তখন 2023এ তিনি Tini akhon jekhane thaken tar deed কপি বার করে দেখেন এই ফ্ল্যাটটি বিক্রি করা যাবে না আপনি বলেছিলেন কিন্তু গিফট দীদ এ পুরোটাই এখন আপনার টেকনিক্যালি অয়নের আপনি তাহলে তার বক্তব্য আপনি মিথ্যে কথা বলেছেন কেন আর সেই সময় যদি আপনি তাকে যে ফ্লাট দেওয়ার কথা বলছেন তার deed কপি দিলে তো তিনি কিছুই বলতেন না

যেহেতু আপনার দাদার মনে হয়েছে প্রপার্টি তাকে না জানিয়ে এবং মিনিমাম রেস্পেক্ট না দিয়ে করা হয়েছে so he declined it.

Santanu Bhattacharyya, our consulting editor, recently sent his estranged brother Indranil Bhattacharya (9830776843) an email regarding unscrupulous and gullible attitudes on the division of property between two brothers. He also claimed that he was humiliated by Sonali Bhattacharya (6290632270), the wife of Indranil Bhattacharya
and most importantly they prevented his father to visit his place for the last three four months although they are claiming he is ill but it's not the case even his father admitted that they prevented him to visit his son's place due to property.
You have been disparaging me from day one, even telling other apartment owners at A 8 Green Park that I am stealing money from my father's pension account. However, the truth is that you steal money from my father on a regular basis as father told me.I have his duly signed letters.However, the reality is that you consistently took out the entire amount from father's pension account, including Rs. 23,000, which you did by issuing a check on July 2, 2025.

I'm challenging it in court because my father informed me that you are taking advantage of his elderly age and forgetfulness. And you believe that paying Rs 5000+5000 for apartment paintings is an excellent job, but did you know that I have previously paid several instalments.The other flat owners initially demanded that I pay Rs 50,000 to paint the outdoor apartment, but I refused since I am not the owner.

Additionally, I solely follow my father's instructions. No one, except him, has the authority to dictate. If you had given me the deed copy in 2021, I wouldn't have objected, but your dishonest and fraudulent conduct forced me to change my mind and I no longer accept the property division. From 2023 onward, I repeatedly told my father to give me the deed copy.Your conceit and autocratic demeanor keep him from telling you, so I'm not sure whether he did.

Since he is 94 years old and unable to visit his bank branch in person due to his health, Sunil Kumar Bhattacharyya a retired professor has granted his older son, Santanu Bhattacharyya permission to check his FDs particularly sending email requesting a new checkbook and checking his mutual funds from his registered email account (registered with his mutual funds folio no.......) and his mobile number.

He spends most of his time with his younger son, Indranil Bhattacharya (9830776843), and he fears that he embezzled his pension amount.To receive alerts without his consent, he even added his phone number to his savings account number. Furthermore, his older son Santanu Bhattacharyya typically sends the check requisition via email to banks with his consent because he is growing too old to remember where he placed his password book and check books.

He therefore informed his elder son, Santanu Bhattacharyya, who lives at his (Sunil Kumar Bhattacharyya) official flat at Haltu, how to proceed.
