Model Submissions

Please submit a professional modeling resume with your previous experience and include the following measurements for our records: height, weight, bust, chest, hips, and shoe size. Briefly tell us about yourself and why you want to be featured in Ça Va Magazine. Images: Images for submission have to be shot by a professional photographer and you must be able to obtain release for publication(s). We are looking for images that are not overly published in publications and websites. All models will be required to sign a Model Release Form authorizing us to process their application. Failure to do so will automatically disqualify you from consideration.

Stylist Submissions

Stylists who specialize in hair, make- up or wardrobe consulting must submit their resume and portfolio for review to be considered for participating in future photo shoots for the magazine. We also accept ready images. When contacting us, please specify your interest in Ca Va Magazine: Hence, inform us whether you’re interested in being featured in our magazine’s future photo shoot(s) or whether you’d like for us to write an article on your behalf while featuring your work. Images: Images for submission have to be shot by a professional photographer and you must be able to obtain a release for publication.

Photographer Submissions

Kindly provide us with high quality images to be considered for our online gallery, content pages, spread or covers. Please send low resolution images for further consideration. In the event that we choose to feature your photographic work, we will request high resolutions images. Additional specs and further guidance will be provided if we wish to publish your images

Technical specifications

All images should be photographed with the intent of minimal post editing in photoshop. Please make sure to submit clean and smooth images. Each photograph must be a minimum 6 million pixel capture. Selected files should be provided on a CD in high-resolution (300 dpi cmyk tiff or 300dpi jpg), or via file transfer. Please be advised that all file names must be consistent. The final spread will be selected from these files. Please make sure to label each CD clearly including its case with thumbnails indicating files, file names, contact phone numbers, crew credits plus any Photoshop editing requirements.

Credits

Please make sure to incorporate the contact information of each crew member involved in your photo shoot(s). This includes makeup artist(s), product brand, designer name and label, garment description, models (include the agency they represent)…etc. This information needs to be provided upon initial submission.
