The dark web is a small part of the web where anonymity is prized and nefarious activities can run amok, including the exchange of illegal goods and information. When people’s addresses, Aadhaar numbers, EPF information, credit card data and other personally identifiable information end up on the dark web, criminals can utilize it for fraud, from financial to identity theft. Unfortunately, it’s not uncommon for this information to end up in the wrong hands – in 2023 it was announced that the Aadhaar numbers, passport information along with names, phone numbers of 815 million Indians were found on the dark web.

Hing water is a superfood you must include in your daily diet to reap a wealth of health benefits from smooth digestion to weight loss. Also known as asafoetida, hing is derived from the roots of the Ferula plant. It is a popular spice that's used in Indian kitchens extensively. Easy to make, hing water can be prepared by adding a pinch of hing to a glass of boiling water. After giving it some time to steep, the water is strained and consumed. Alternatively, for those who prefer to incorporate it into their meals, it can be added during tempering to enhance flavor and improve digestibility.

Hing water has a variety of antioxidants and has anti-inflammatory properties. Drinking it first thing in the morning can boost digestive enzymes which can support gut health and help with chronic constipation. The spice is also known to relieve symptoms of indigestion such as bloating and gas. Hing can also be beneficial for people with diabetes as it can prevent sugar spikes. Having high water on an empty stomach can help clear airways, making breathing easy for people with respiratory issues.

In the Hindu religion, the month of Magh holds special significance and among its many beliefs, Magh Purnima, the full day in Magh has the most importance. The tradition of bathing and meditating on this auspicious day is very old and deeply rooted in spiritual practice. Magh Purnima is one of the 12 full moons in a year, each carrying its importance. However, this day is especially dedicated to Lord Vishnu.

It is believed that by performing rituals and worshipping Lord Vishnu on this day, devotees receive his abundant blessings. Additionally, taking baths in holy rivers, making donations and chanting mantras are considered highly auspicious. According to Pandits, performing a Havan on Magh Purnima is important. When performed correctly, it is said that Lord Vishnu blesses the devotees.

Astrologer Pandit Nandkishore Mudgal from Mudgal Astrology Centre in Pagal Baba Ashram, Deoghar, has shared the importance of Magh Purnima in the Hindu tradition. This year, Magh Purnima falls on February 24.

On February 13th 2024, like every year, actor/activist/teacher of method acting- Bobby Chakraborty organised his globally acclaimed, free of cost, anti addiction campaign,on his birthday. This year it happened at B. D. Memorial Junior School, with a strong support from The Director/Principal-Suman Sood, along with The Chief Coordinator-Abanti Chattopadhyay and the Branch Incharges- Shulogna Sengupta, Sheela Mehra and Ranjana Rarhi. This was Bobby’s 416th session globally and his 2nd in this school.

The Director of Photography of this session was soldier Shreyaan Banerjee of class 5,assisted by soldier Ishayu and soldier Archit.

Shreyaan ,who is 10 years old, also made his sparkling debut as an ‘active soldier’ , stealing the show, with his smart, powerful and inspirational presentation, teaming up with Bobby on the podium. We appreciate his sense of social responsibility at such a young age, to ‘give back something good’ to the society.

This popular social awareness program titled ‘I AM THE KING OF MY MIND’, for the youth, is a preventive approach against all sorts of addiction (smoking, alcoholism, smart phones) and harmful social trends(abusive language, online gambling through games, inappropriate behavior on social networking sites to garner ‘views’ etc.)which are destroying the young generation.

This highly motivational session became extremely interactive with almost all the students/soldiers of ‘Bobby Dada’, wanting to put forth their points of view on these social evils, promising to look after their physical and mental health with the HCF(Health-Career-Family) formula. They took an oath to rule their minds against these monsters, with The Mantra- ‘I am the king of my mind’.

The ceremonial title of ‘The 1st Soldier’ went to soldier Krishnasish. The surprise contest at the end had soldiers- Krishnasish, Ishayu and Deepshikha as the winners, who along with active soldier Shreyaan, were given special gifts and Community Service Certificates by their beloved Bobby Dada.

This memorable session on Bobby’s birthday ended with an heartfelt vote of thanks by Suman Sood, who appreciated his selfless initiative to guide the youth towards light.

An elaborate celebration of Bobby’s birthday, was also arranged, where he cut a cake and distributed refreshments to all his little soldiers, whom he considers as ‘a part of his family’.

Union Minister of Road Transport and Highways, Nitin Gadkari unveiled the poster and launched a film on Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj supporting filmmaker Sandeep Singh's mega-budget venture on the supreme Maratha warrior that will recreate the life of the fearless king on the big screen.
On the eve marking the 394th birth anniversary of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, February 19, 2024, this cinematic masterpiece, titled The Pride of Bharat Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj will encapsulate the king's dynamism in its truest form. The film also marks Sandeep Singh's foray into his first high-budget commercial cinema as a director.

The makers are leaving no stone unturned to make this film on a grand scale with the sets authentically reflecting the gloriousness and the charm of the Maratha era and the state-of-the-art technology capturing the essence of the larger-than-life command of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and his battle with the Mughals and the British.

Interestingly, this is the first time that a film on Shivaji Maharaj will be made in several languages viz; Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Marathi.

Singh said, "It's taken me 23 years of hard struggle to build and create a position to debut as a director for my first mega-budget film - The Pride of Bharat - Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. There could be nothing better than this. I have been working on the script since 2019, with five years of labour and love. I hope our audience will appreciate our film and the efforts invested in it."

Talking of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj's relevance even today, Singh said, "Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj was crowned as a king very early during his growing up years. For his age, he was extremely sharp and intelligent and fitted the responsibility that came with the crown. His short stature underplayed his inner bravery and strength, while his acute mind came up with unique strategies to tackle the enemies effectively. He deliberately used the tough terrains of the Western Ghats to fight battles as the rough and uneven ghats made it difficult for the enemy to gain access to his territory. There's so much to learn from his life story. All information about him has been confined to the Maratha region. I want the world to know about his achievements as a king."

"Also, I am really surprised that to date there's been no Hindi film made on Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. How come no filmmaker thought of it? There's been no film on the legendary warrior and king in other languages too like Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and English. Ever since I got to know this, I did not want to let go of the opportunity to make a film on the greatest Maratha."

While the lead actors will be locked soon, the other team members comprise director of photography Aseem Bajaj, director of choreography Ganesh Hegde, costume designer Sheetal Sharma, production designer Sandeep Sharad Ravade, and Kavish Sinha is the casting director of the film.

PCOS is a common hormonal disorder affecting people of reproductive age. It is characterized by irregular menstrual cycles, high levels of androgens (male hormones), and ovarian cysts. Yoga can help manage PCOS symptoms by addressing hormonal fluctuations and improving overall well-being.

Supta Baddha Konasana (Reclining Bound Angle Pose) and Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose) can stimulate the reproductive organs and regulate hormonal balance.
Pranayama, especially Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breathing), can enhance hormonal harmony and reduce stress, a factor that often exacerbates PCOS symptoms.

Bengaluru Torpedoes began their campaign in the third season of the RuPay Prime Volleyball League powered by A23 with a 16-14, 14-16, 15-13, 15-10 win over the Kolkata Thunderbolts at the Jawaharlal Nehru Indoor Stadium on Thursday. Thomas Heptinstall was named Player of the Match.

Rahul delivered his super serve special as Kolkata Thunderbolts took early control. Skipper Ashwal Rai joined the party and Bengaluru found little answers for Kolkata’s aggressive serves. But coach David Lee showcased his tactical mindset, switching play to Srajan, who brought Bengaluru back with powerful serves. Showcasing his magic along the lines, Heptinstall nudged Torpedoes marginally ahead.

Kolkata turned to Vinit Rai, who served up solid gameplay to turn the tables again. The passing from Kolkata improved as the game went on, while Torpedoes hurt themselves with unforced errors. The topsy-turvy battle turned into contest between the outside hitters with Vinit going against Heptinstall.

Speaking after the match and reflecting back on what went wrong, head coach Rahman Mohammadrad said, “During pre-season camp in Mysore, all the players in the squad trained exceptionally well so keeping that in mind, I expected a bit more from the team. However, I believe my team has potential to be the best from what I saw yesterday. They have the fighting spirit and the motivation to win match. They just need to be focused.”

Board exams. Just the mention of these two words is enough to send shivers down the spine of any student. It's that time of the year when stress levels skyrocket, sleep becomes a distant memory, and nerves are on edge. But fear not, for conquering those board exam jitters is not only possible but entirely within your grasp. With the right mindset and a few key strategies, you can sail through these exams with confidence and emerge victorious on the other side.

First and foremost, remember that it's normal to feel anxious before important exams. Acknowledge your feelings, but don't let them overpower you. Instead, channel that nervous energy into something positive. Use it as fuel to propel yourself forward, rather than allowing it to hold you back.

One of the most effective ways to combat exam jitters is through thorough preparation. Start early and create a study schedule that allows you to cover all the material without feeling overwhelmed. Break down your subjects into manageable chunks and tackle them one at a time. Remember, slow and steady wins the race. Consistent effort over time yields better results than last-minute cramming.

While studying, focus on understanding the concepts rather than rote memorization. When you truly grasp the material, you'll feel more confident in your ability to tackle any question that comes your way. Engage in active learning techniques such as summarizing, teaching the material to someone else, or creating flashcards. Not only will this reinforce your understanding, but it will also make studying more enjoyable.

Another crucial aspect of overcoming exam jitters is taking care of yourself both mentally and physically. Make sure to get an adequate amount of sleep each night, as a well-rested mind is better equipped to handle stress. Incorporate relaxation techniques such as deep breathing, meditation, or yoga into your daily routine to keep anxiety at bay. And don't forget to nourish your body with healthy food and regular exercise, as physical health directly impacts mental well-being.

As the exam day approaches, visualize success. Picture yourself walking into the exam hall calm, collected, and confident. Visual imagery is a powerful tool that can help alleviate anxiety and boost self-assurance. Remind yourself of all the hard work you've put in and trust in your abilities to perform to the best of your ability.

On the day of the exam, arrive early to allow yourself plenty of time to settle in and get comfortable. Take a few deep breaths to calm your nerves before diving into the test. Start with the questions you feel most confident about to build momentum, then tackle the more challenging ones with a clear mind and steady pace. Remember to read each question carefully and manage your time wisely.

Finally, keep things in perspective. While board exams may feel like the be-all and end-all, they're just one step on your journey. Your worth as a person is not determined by a set of exam scores. Regardless of the outcome, remember that you are capable, resilient, and destined for greatness.

In conclusion, overcoming board exam jitters is entirely possible with the right mindset and preparation. Embrace the challenge, stay focused, and believe in yourself. You've got this! So go ahead, conquer those exams, and emerge stronger and more confident than ever before. Your future awaits, and it's brighter than you can imagine.

17/02/2024

Writer-director duo Ravindra Gautam and Raghuvir Shekhawat have joined hands and formed their production house Do Dooni 4 Films. While the former has directed several shows, the latter is the man behind the writing of many popular shows. They shared that their combined experience and expertise doubled the creativity of their banner, and thus the name Do Dooni 4 Films.
Their debut show “Shravani” is already on-air, and their second show “Dahej Daasi” will go live soon. Ravindra said, “Raghuvir Shekhawat (writer-producer) and I have an experience of over 25 years in this industry. Raghuvir ji has been one of TV's most prolific writers since the last 25 years, also having several films and web series under his belt, while I have directed and produced numerous successful TV shows, films, and web series.”

“A writer-director duo together as a creative force is always double power, and these are times of ‘double engine ki sarkaar’, so there couldn’t have been a better name,” he added.

They are both like-minded, and as colleagues they have given many hits together and that’s how the production banner came into being. “Good writing and direction are the core formula for success of any film, web or TV series. We’ve worked together as writer and director on numerous successful TV shows and respected and liked each other’s work,” Raghuvir said.

“Also, we bonded well as colleagues in all the collaborations we worked together and as creative people our thoughts are usually on the same page, so we both thought we together could be a great combination. That was the birth of ‘Do Dooni 4 Films’,” he added.

Ravindra believes that name plays an important role in getting the eyeballs, as it’s about drawing the audience’s interest from the first glimpse. “Whether it is the name, storyline, screenplay or dialogues, everyone wants something catchy, something out of the box, something disruptive,” he added.

While he agrees that name plays a big part, Raghuvir emphasised that it’s also important to build a connection with the audience. “It has always been paramount. Any successful story ‘has’ to connect with the viewers. And yes, with so many mediums easily available at the click of a button, the audience is much more mature, much more aware. But it’s not that they want only realistic content, they want all kind - drama, fantasy, romance, action, everything, but it must connect. And that’s where, as an experienced writer and director duo we hope of scoring better,” he said.

The duo has received good feedback for their show “Shravani”, and called it a great experience. Ravindra said, “We are 250 episodes and running means we have the audience’s mandate. The numbers show that they are loving our story telling.”

Future plans? “Our plan is to cater to all the above diverse platforms available today. There are many projects in the pipeline. Our first TV series has completed 250 episodes and is successfully running and the second series has come on air from 12th February. We are also doing episodic crime series for a leading channel,” Raghuvir concluded.
