Only federal cases? This is a massive pander and bribe for votes right before the midterms. Just like the failed student loan forgiveness. This is desperation, trying to salvage what's left of a failed administration.

I applaud this move by Biden and I beg him to completely End the War on Drugs.

Easy next steps - expunge the arrests you are pardoning. Move cannabis to schedule 0 immediately. End the banking prohibition on cannabis related transactions.

The CS alone wasn't the bad part. They called out the media pimping a showdown to get a better budget, rolled up in cattle cars, shot Koresh as soon as he opened the door, then when they got their asses handed to them, called for a cease fire, came back with tanks, used a boom to crash through the walls and douse the place with the irritant powder, shot people trying to escape, then caught the powder on fire and the place went up like a saw mill. And, posed for pics with their boots on the rubble afterward.

Burned alive the children they claimed were abused and we're trying to help. Since when was the ATF charged to arrest suspects in pedophilia cases?
