I carry these memories of friendship in my pocket, especially on weekends like this one, where I must travel 10 hours and you must stay for .

Parting for the things of which friendship has prepared us for all along. You fly and I’ll run, Vars.

What does the prophetic and apostolic voice sound like when it fuses? "We won't do this if we don't do it together."

We've learned that the anointing is in the cluster, and covenant relationships build covenant communities that release God's purposes on the earth.

It's bigger than one person's prophetic word or any one leader's charisma or vision.

It's about accessing the impossible through the health of our connection in community. Will I lay down my "I", my right to prophesy, to build my own thing, to go my own way, to isolate myself, to issue orders, if it means I keep my connection to you?

There is a call to honor and willingness that turns our hearts and faces toward each other and to become unbridled from our offenses. As our team was taught, "A team can be so divided that they abort the mission for which they were sent."

But Covenant Eyes + Covenant Hearts = Humility & Joy that says I don't have to do this alone. What I get, you get, and not only that, but I can't get what's mine without you, and I'd never want to try.

Shallow waters may be refreshing, but they'll never take us where we want to go. The only way we go deeper is to go together.

One could say that “Find your Tribe” is overused.

But it’s not to the ones who’ve been searching for theirs.

But I have finally learned that you will know yours is found by it’s sound.

A sound that you don’t just hear with your ears but with your heart.

I call my tribe FREEDOM.

We dance without abandon, we roar when we praise, and we wail when we worship.

There are feathers, drums, and 5 fold commissioning.

There are the generations, the nations, and horns full of oil.

We are loud, proud, but know how to be silent too, with a shout from our mouths that proclaim that “the Lion lives in you!”

The mantles that God grants us are thrown on the floor and we lay ourselves upon them so that we become the road that Jesus rides upon.

“Let the King of Glory come in.”

I had a hard day this week. So she came over and ate spaghetti and we talked.

Then sometime during the evening, she laid down on the couch and said, “Var, come over here and look at the stars with me.”

She scooted over and I climbed in, then came Gabriel saying, “I want to see the stars too!”

With locked arms and a kid on top and a dog settled in between us, I saw more stars in a plain white ceiling than I’ve ever seen in a sky filled with them.

Friendship can be magical. It can transport you. It can help you see things you never would’ve looked for without her.
It opens you up and closes you up all at the same time.

I’ll always come look at the stars with you, Var. Thank you for seeing what wasn’t there so that I could see them too.

I think that’s what good friendships do.

Tabatha and I hopped back on the podcast yesterday, and this is our friend we were talking about mid-way through! We had no idea she was making her big announcement this morning!!

We’re baaaack!!!!

It was time for a check-in! We've missed you, we've missed our mics, and even more than that, we think HAVAR is growing into a lot more than what we thought it was (what's new?!). Now we're at 82 and New. It definitely feels like a new day! We had an amazing weekend last weekend of seeing the start of something we've wanted to see for so long. Tabatha set a powerful table for local leaders and Stacey almost didn't show up. But in the end, friendship set the table, and we think it just might be friendship that keeps us there.

Before Stacey leaves my house we give each other two waves. One before she gets in the car and one as she drives away. We do this EVERY TIME we part.

She tells me why below. 😂

PS When Stacey doesn’t give me the second wave I know something is WRONG.

Things are always changing around Havar Land.

After 2 years of trial and error and trial and ERROR, the Podcast will now be recorded LIVE with Video in our FB Feed on Tuesdays around 12:15 ish (Times may slightly vary because we are still…..
