UT Chancellor Donde Plowman has called the NCAA morally bankrupt, Tennessee attorney general Jonathan Skrmetti has filed a federal antitrust lawsuit against the NCAA, and Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee has chimed in, as a growing number of commentators speculate that the NCAA has overstepped its bounds with an investigation into UT's recruitment of star quarterback Nico Iamaleava and other NIL deals.
