HOLD ON follows Walmart workers, students and organizers in Dallas TX, Cincinatti OH, and Tampa FL amongst other cities in the U.S., fighting for basic rights and struggling to create community in the workplace, as part of the Summer for Respect Project. The Summer for Respect Project of 2014, in honor of the 50th Anniversary of Mississippi Freedom Summer, took 20 students from Northeastern univer

The web series is a product of these interviews and footage that the students took at their worksites. The web series is student edited and directed, and produced by the Summer for Respect Project, and can be watched for free on youtube.
