Fall Forward Press is a media website providing music goers with all the latest information on upcoming and popular bands, new CD’s being released, and band tours, through interviews, reviews, and photos. The idea for Fall Forward came about when Briana Raucci was in an entrepreneurship class. The assignment was to create your own business and a plan of action for it. Briana’s idea actually starte
d as a magazine called Fall Forward. The name came from the idea that you would be getting the information sooner and you would “fall forward” into the newest updates of the music world today. The magazine would be similar to a Rolling Stone or Alternative Press magazine in that it would provide the music scene with the latest news on bands in the music industry; however, Fall Forward would also take note to smaller bands on the rise along with local bands. Once the magazine got started, the plan was to create an online website as well, giving the same information provided in the magazine, therefore creating a larger audience. Instead of creating the magazine, Briana decided to jump ahead and get started with Fall Forward Press – the online version of the magazine.
