July and August were WILD. At Kfm 94.5, Carl Wastie had a different co-host almost every single day! As the radio station's Digital Content Producer, it was exciting, rejuvenating, and lots of fun, there were also times were it was emotionally and mentally exhausting!

And yes, I constantly rolled my eyes at you Carl, but your daily words of affirmation and your praise really did help me make it through and you led the team by example ❤️ With your other work commitments and commercial gigs, I don't know how you made it through some days 😴

And of course, to my two work husbands Producer Petrus and Producer Ash, the producer booth was our safe space when Carl was working our last f-ing nerve 😆 We could always regroup in there, talk through the show, and chat about what video and audio content we wanted to highlight.

But now, it's time for me to go on leave and sleep for a whole week straight. If any of you send me messages, I love you, but I will not respond 😝 If you made it to the end of this caption, thank you for reading my Ted Talk 🎤

A few weeks ago, some of the photos I've been taking for Kfm 94.5's "Flash Stand-Ins" were in Huisgenoot 🙌🏼 Every day for two months, Carl Wastie invited a different famous friend to co-host his show - - with him and as the show's Digital Content Producer, I was there to take photos and edit together short videos for social media 😎

Yesterday I took my friends Amy (her first time at the ballet) and Tas (her second time at the ballet) to see Cape Town City Ballet perform Don Quixote. We had a fun-filled, laughter-filled, glorious night at the Artscape.

The dancers were on fire and I hope their run (on until 2 September) goes magnificently. Tickets are still available, so treat yourself to a night of artistic beauty 😘

This page has been quiet for far too long and that's because in 2021, I applied for for the position of Digital Content Producer at Cape Town's biggest radio station, Kfm 94.5! As you can guess from the video, I got the job 🥳 and started in February 2022!

It's been an absolute incredible roller coaster ride since then, working hard as one of the custodian of Kfm's digital spaces, but it's definitely time to get this page back up on its feet!

Things will look a bit different - I'll be sharing more personal moments in addition to the professional ones, but I can't wait to share more of my and life in general 😘

My mom asked me to fetch a box of old stuff and inside were a few of the cards I used to make about 15-20 years ago using photographs I found in old dance magazines. Today, for my business, I'm still doing the same thing, but with my own photography and professional printed. These two cards are a look at the holiday cards I'm currently working and the range will be available mid to end November.
