I have reached out to you guys regarding the matter more than four times and each time you guys overlooked the fact that I am a kidney transplant patient and have medical issues that I stated with multiple representatives that works with you guys I have been a great customer for a few years now and to be honest this experience has been hideous. I DO NOT FEEL SAFE I said… and even gave some suggestions on how to resolve the issue, but yet you guys were listening to come back at every opportunity of being told, and made aware that my family and I did not feel safe, but yet Steele, we were forced to come to an Airbnb that had things in the description that were shown in the ad that were made where that they wasn’t available after the host took my money. I thought you guys had more integrity then whet has been shown. I just wanted you guys to refund my money or allow me to find an Airbnb safe enough for my family it could have been the same price as what the host took. but now I have checked in to the most filthy place I have ever seen, all of the linens are dirty,carpet is full of dog p**p, piss-stains, dog hair, and it looks it has been this way for a long time. Nothing about this place is clean, but you took my money and refused to refund it, so only choices were to come here not knowing that I was coming to a place like this after reporting red flags immediately when I noticed. you guys say you help and that your customer care is A1 but if you’re not a host, your safety doesn’t matter and that you will not be helped won’t rectify any problems I’m coming to you guys for help you point me to the host ,I have the issue with. you putting me in a hostile situation. you responded back m, told me that the host was upset that I contacted you. Shame on you Airbnb shame on you for instigating something thats potentially dangerous for me, and the host, I’m locked and loaded
