When we set healthy boundaries, others meet us where we are at
When we set healthy boundaries, we give our best energy to the things we say 'yes' to
When we set healthy boundaries, we stop feeling depleted, resentful, and under-valued
It all starts with getting clear on what you're saying "yes" to when you want to say "no"
Then, it's looking at why you fear saying "no" and trusting that when you do, the right people will understand and it will open up more space for your needs
When you do articulate and communicate these boundaries, you end up respecting your time more, and thus others do too
When do you have these boundaries, you then have more space to optimize your environment with things and people that light you up
When I saw this photo of and her cat, I thought to myself, she is a great example of someone who owns her boundaries and the world rises up to meet them
Boundaries are so powerful that not only have they changed my life but it is a huge tenant of what I work on with my clients and I even teach a whole module on it in the UPGRADE
What are the new boundaries you're setting for yourself as we close out this year and enter next? What new space and possibility does that create for you?
