1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup cucumber, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
For the Ranch Dressing:

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine chopped iceberg lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, grated carrot, cheddar cheese, and red onion.
In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients for the ranch dressing: mayonnaise, plain yogurt, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir well until smooth.

Instructions:

In a small bowl, mix lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, rosemary, and parsley. This will be the sauce for the salmon.

A small piece of celery
1 cup of coconut water
Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
Preparing the Ingredients:

Thoroughly wash all the ingredients.
Peel the pineapple, mango, kiwi, and lime.
Chop the pineapple, mango, and lime into pieces.
Slice the kiwi into rounds.
Tear the kale leaves into smaller pieces.
Assembling the Juice:

In a blender, add the pineapple, mango, kiwi, kale leaves, cilantro, lime, and celery.
Pour the coconut water over the ingredients.
Blend and Serve:

For the Caesar Dressing:

1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
Salt to taste
Instructions:

In a large bowl, assemble the base of the salad with the romaine lettuce.
Place the sliced grilled chicken over the lettuce.
Sprinkle croutons over the salad.
Generously sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the salad.

1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Spinach leaves to serve
Mustard and honey sauce for dressing
Directions:

Preheat the oven to 200°C.
On a baking sheet, mix the zucchini, eggplant, peppers and onions with olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt and pepper.
Roast the vegetables for 20-25 minutes or until they are golden and soft.
While the vegetables are roasting, combine the cooked lentils in a large bowl.
Remove the vegetables from the oven and leave to cool slightly.

Chop the apple into pieces.
Slice the cucumber and lemon into rounds.
Peel and cut the ginger into small pieces.
Assembling the Juice:

In a blender, add the apple, cucumber, lemon, spinach, mint leaves, and ginger.
Pour the coconut water over the ingredients.
Blend and Serve:

Blend everything until you get a smooth mixture.
If you prefer a more liquid consistency, add more coconut water.

**Herb Dressing:**
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- Fresh herbs to taste (basil, parsley, thyme)

**Instructions:**
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
2. Rinse the quinoa and cook it in water according to the package instructions. Set aside.
