COUNTRY / CHRISTIAN MUSIC promoter supporting those who make the music thru inspiration & motivation. The best music isn't always on the radio.
My mission is to bring attention to new artists, veteran artists & songwriters. People always ask why we choose to promote country and Christian music. We like country music because the songs are about our lives, reality and experience. It's who we are and the music tells our stories. We chose to promote Christian music for the same reasons but also because this world needs to hear encouragement a
nd good messages in music. Christian artists need our help, they don't get the corporate backing, the major label push, the support they deserve. We stand behind all artists that we promote, even if that means we stand alone. We believe a business should be run honestly, with integrity and character when it comes to both those we promote, those who we promote to and those in between. We are not afraid to speak out and defend good music. We believe in those who create the music that changes lives, the songwriter, the artist and the musician. We believe in the importance of the voice of the fan, they are the ones who make the difference between a hobby and a career for an artist, they are the ones who spend the money, attend the shows, and buy the merchandise. They are the biggest promoters. It's about bringing the artist and those fans together, for the fan to see the artist as more than a performer, but in a more personal light and for the artists to understand the importance of connecting with those fans. We also try to keep it as real as we can, occasionally injecting humor, social media tips, tips for beginning bloggers, and things we think may help someone or that they may find interesting. We try to stay away from "tabloid trash", there are plenty of sites for that stuff.

It’s like one minute you’re 15, happy you’re alone in your first car because you’re crying a little bit listening to a Collin Raye song on cd. The next minute you’re standing next to him on the most iconic stage in the world, singing that same song together. Give God a chance and He’ll blow your mind.

Craig Campbell’s Class of ’89 album represented the core influences who helped mold his desire to pursue a career as an artist and songwriter, and today, he announces the release of Almost Greatest Hits - six songs and another song just for fun that define a career of consistent hits, thousands of miles on the road, and respect from his industry peers. The new album will be available on his Grindstone Recordings label on August 30, 2024.
“I am so proud of every one of these songs,” said Craig, “not just because I’ve been blessed to have a great career with them, but hearing what these songs mean to my fans is a very big deal to me. I sing them a little different now, and I wanted to give them a fresh spin.”
The songs were originally recorded beginning in 2010 and were released on three albums during two record deals. The album kicks off with “Outta My Head” which was the first single from his Never Regret album. This Top 15 hit was co-written by Cole Swindell. The new version will be released to streaming services on August 16, 2024.

“Keep Them Kisses Comin’” was the second single from the Never Regret album and had a unique story attached to it. The label Craig was signed to folded as the single was rising up the charts. Craig and others rallied radio stations and asked them to continue playing the song. It stayed on the charts another six weeks after the label closure and reached the Top 10 on the Billboard Country Airplay Chart.
Craig wrote “Outskirts of Heaven” with Dave Turnbull as a wish that he could live in a part of heaven akin to where he grew up in rural Lyons, Georgia. The vivid story and his powerful vocal continues to make the song a fan favorite.
Perhaps no song better depicts the love he has for his wife and two daughters more than “Family Man.” The first single from his self-titled debut album, the song paints a portrait of a modern working-class man struggling through tough economic times. The song became his first Top 15 single. The new recording will be released on August 9, 2024.
“Fish” - arguably Craig’s most fun single to date and most downloaded - raised some eyebrows when it first hit the airwaves in 2011 on its way to Top 25.
“When She Grows Up” was never a radio single but has been a fan favorite for many years. Craig has sung this song at numerous weddings for the ceremonial “father-daughter” dance. On the original version Craig’s daughter Preslee sang “Jesus Loves Me” at the beginning of the recording. For the Almost Greatest Hits album, he had his other daughter Kinni sing it.
The album wraps with a surprise track called “Sadder Day.” “It’s a song that had the sound and feel of my very first album, and I knew it had to be included as a bonus track for Almost Greatest Hits.”
In 2022, Craig and his wife Mindy opened Grindstone Cowboy in their adopted home town of Eagleville, TN last year. The coffee shop, restaurant and music venue has become a popular gathering spot for locals and visitors alike and received Ruthies Awards for best “Local Coffee Shop” and “Live Music/Concert Venue.” They are currently building out their second location in Shelbyville, TN.
The 10th Annual Craig Campbell Celebrity Co****le Challenge was held during CMA Fest week and raised over $28,000 for the Kenny Campbell Foundation, a nonprofit organization founded by Craig to honor his father who lost his battle with Colorectal Cancer at age 36.

Sister Sadie SCORES EIGHT IBMA NOMINATIONS
ALL Female Bluegrass Band Lands in Major Categories:
Entertainer, Album, Song, Video, Group, Banjo, Fiddle & Vocalist at 2024 International Bluegrass Music Association Awards on Sept. 26
Reconfigured, Proud & Committed To Playing, Sister Sadie Shines On
*****************
When fiddler Deanie Richardson and banjoist Gena Britt got together with some fellow female bluegrass icons in 2012, they knew there was magic in the music. While life and careers called their friends and compatriots away – after a 2020 IBMA win for Entertainer of the Year, three successive Vocal Group of the Year and other wins, as well as a Grammy nomination for Sister Sadie II – the pair looked in their hearts, and asked what they should do next. Recognizing the power of female alliance, they opted to keep going, honing the harmony-forward, musicianship-driven Sister Sadie into a second act that has emerged with the same care and standards the original Sadie was born of.
Today, when the International Bluegrass Music Association announced their 2024 Awards nominees, Sister Sadie, Mach 2 realized that what they were doing for love and joy was also connecting with the bluegrass community. With nominations for Entertainer of the Year, Vocal Group of the Year, Album of the Year (No Fear), Song and Music Video of the Year (“Willow”), plus individual recognitions for Fiddle Player (Richardson), Banjo Player (Britt) and Female Vocalist (Jaelee Roberts), Sister Sadie has maintained the integrity they were born of.
“We started this band out of friendships that reached back to when we were all kids,” Richardson marvels. “It was collecting all the memories and fun, then creating something from it. Along the way, Gena and I realized: Sister Sadie is as much about women playing music, carrying the traditions forward, sharing the roots of this music and encouraging the future.
“So what started out as old friends turned into new friends, young friends, even our friend Ashley McBryde who gave us ‘Willow’ to record. That’s the spirit of Sister Sadie, and I love that we’re starting new generations on their way, the same way older players jammed with us.”
Indeed, in 2021, Roberts received the Momentum Award for Vocalist. Since then, Sadie has expanded to also include Maddie Dalton (bass, vocals), Rainy Miatke (mandolin), and acclaimed songwriter Dani Flowers (guitar, vocals). Along the way, the women have broadened the palette of what their music contains while always keeping the focus on the power of how women feel.
As importantly, Sister Sadie, Mach 2 has made a real commitment to the road, touring ferociously and seeking to turn audiences on to a blend of music that is true to its roots, flirts with Americana, country and classic songwriting. In the studio, working on the follow-up to No Fear, these nominations serve as an affirmation to the playing, songcraft and harmonies that drew each of these women into the rooms where fingers flew and excellence was a way of life.
“I’ve been able to play with Vince Gill, Patty Loveless, even Bob Seger,” Richardson explains. “And there are two things I absolutely know. First, there isn’t a true musician out there who doesn’t want to know all about bluegrass. But even more, there is no other music or group of people I want to be a part of than where I am right now.
“For me, Sister Sadie is a place to see how fast we can run, how high we can fly, how far we can take these songs. There’s no freedom more thrilling than playing with these women, and today, it feels like other people are hearing and feeling it, too.”

I decided to do something a little different. While it's been great seeing and hearing all of the thoughts of those in the music industry regarding the passing of Joe, I wanted to hear from those that loved him in a different way, who sang and danced at every show, who traveled miles to see him, who spent money they probably didn't really have to spend just to hear him sing - the fans. I got some great feedback. The love for him is overwhelming. I know he's up there smiling that big old Bonsall smile.
It's been so nice seeing all of the kind words that the music industry have been saying about their memories and thoughts of Joe Bonsall of ...
