*Kishtwar Diwali Mela commences with Enthusiastic Participation of locals at TRC Kishtwar* _District Level Kala Utsav-2023 aligns with the Mela to Promote Local Culture and Tradition_ Kishtwar,09-11-2023 In a pioneering initiative, the District Administration Kishtwar, in collaboration with Kishtwar Development Authority, marked the commencement of Dewali celebrations with the launch of the 4 days Diwali Mela at TRC Kishtwar.The Picture Time Cinema Kishtwar played a crucial role in its organization and overall success. The celebration coincided with today's District Level Kala Utsav-2023 organized by the Department of School Education Kishtwar. The joint efforts behind these dual events aimed to cultivate a deeper appreciation for cultural and traditional values among both students and the citizens of Kishtwar. Deputy Commissioner, Kishtwar, Dr. Devansh Yadav IAS, inaugurated the events as the chief guest, accompanied by ADDC Kishtwar Sham Lal, CEO Kishtwar Development Authority Dr. Rishi Kumar, CEO Kishtwar Prehlad Bhagat, and DIO Kishtwar Dr. Kuldeep Kumar, Zonal Incharge Cultural cell of various educational zones and students.
