There’s no reason to run, nor hide. Do not attempt escape or distraction.

Do not turn away from yourself. Do not build walls and guardedness. Do not shrink back from any part of you.

Life is purely for experience; not good or bad… right, wrong, ugly or beautiful. Those superlatives are ‘judgments’. Life is simply … experience.

You are the binoculars that the Divine peers through … to have an experience of life and the world… to have an experience of … YOU.

So judge nothing… especially not your Self. Embrace it all, each heavenly moment, and the ones that make you want to yell.

And look at all others as the same… different eyes through which the Divine came.

There is a tiredness that is beyond tiredness. It is an exhaustion that is worn heavy… never quite being shed regardless of taking breaks, vacations or pushing past.

In truth, it is the pushing past… the continual drive and swim upstream toward the needs/fears, goals/overcompensations and image/performance that is this weighty burden. It is the exhaustion of the soul.

I see it often, and in many. Such early conditioning and deep-seated fears keep so many running toward something. Overworking. Continually climbing. Hustling. Being distracted.

I work with individuals to support the counterbalance of imbalance… to bring the calm to chaos… to point yo presence where distraction rules… to help even the swings of ego and illusion… to feel the weight within while transforming it to fulfillment and satisfaction.

You can have it all but how you have it makes all the difference.

Ready to see what you haven’t noticed? Hear what you’ve not yet heard? And feel what you haven’t felt?

Let this mind inhabit this … and this feeling course through amidst all circumstance. Let this path be the one that I walk. Let this expression of humanity be the grace I leave… that the world is left better than I found it.

Unless you reconcile who and what is the real you, you will be led by the hypnotic senses, the distracting impulses, and the dominant sensations. This is what leads to suffering.

The whims and fancies of what surges through in reaction and response to the false self, conditioned self, and an ego continually seeking safety, security and love.

Feel all of these things; the rising and falling of the waves within. And be freed from all that is not yours… that was never yours. By doing so, you will not pass it along to future generations… to our world.

If grace allows… the awareness shall rise that life is here for you to bear witness … to love everyone and everything regardless of appearance, expression or experience.

It’s not about the identity, it’s the attainment of acceptance, clarity and peace.

The calm quiet presence of what rests beneath the skin emerges, and from there ‘you’ become ‘all’ and ‘all’ become ‘you’.

There is nothing to fight, nor attain. There is purely the time, space and joy of loving what is.

There is fulfillment within; no external gratification is required. Any and all engaged with is in service to the Divine… within and without.

What is present in the world today is not love if… it consists of…

criticism, condemnation or judgment…

ignorance, arrogance or intolerance…

indifference, malice, apathy or violence…

division, separation, discord or hate…

These are barriers to love.

Do not look to how others or the worlds exhibit these things. It’s not about them. In doing so, you miss that your action of ‘identifying those out there’ creates the same.

Where do these things exist within you, your thoughts, your words, your actions, your whispers, your gossip, your rage, your activism, your consciousness.

For the world to awaken from its dream of contrast, we each — you — must awaken to how we hold that contrast in mind, heart and body.

This type of walk requires the sacred witness, a mentor that can lovingly point out your blind spots.
