Trust the process and have faith in your abilities. Surround yourself with supportive and understanding individuals who encourage you to take care of yourself. Lean on your love ones for guidance and support during challenging times, you don't have to face everything alone. It might be time to reassess and make adjustments. It's never too late to pursue what truly makes you happy. Your worth is not determined by external achievements or the options of others. Your well being and happiness should always come first. Take care of yourself, be gentle, and don't push yourself when it doesn't feel right.
