Martyr's Dream Music Group was founded by Ali Jannah and music artists MaireJane and M.A.C and is based out of Concord, CA. Artist Mairejane contacted Ali when he was bedridden due to an auto accident that nearly claimed his life and due to the accident was confined to a bed unable to move without assistance. Mairejane approached Ali and asked if he would like to work with her writing and producin
g music because her style of music was not sexually driven like other female artists in the industry but she was a pure lyricist which was a complete opposite of female hip hop artists in todays age. Ali always had a passion for music, but his focus was towards negative things in life and couldn't find the time to create music. Ali agreed to work with Mairejane and after months of physical rehabilitation and saving money for studio equipment Ali was able to get out of bed on his own and start making music with Mairejane, which could be said that music saved his life. because he heard that he had the motivation to create music and like Ali and MaireJane wanted to create great Hip Hop and Bay Area Mob Music which is lacking in todays music. The name Martyr for generations always had a negative connotation towards it. When we named our company Marty's Dream it was not due to religious reasons but due to what as people are we willing to give our lives for whether it be family, money etc. and the Dream is the end result of what we work towards to on a daily basis.
