We've had similar cases where relidded older Ryzen 3 CPUs or Ryzen 5 APUs were being swapped and relabeled as Ryzen 7 or Ryzen 9 by sellers in Aliexpress or other marketplace sellers.

Be extra careful when dealing with marketplace sellers you're not familiar with.
